The expansion of one of the RV industry’s most beloved dealerships into a new geographic market posed several challenges for a brand built on customer experience.
When it opened in 2011, the Lazydays dealership in Tucson Arizona was a true customer experience focused store. It welcomed RVers with a stunning visuals that tied the company’s new home with its culture and Southwestern geography. Featuring a custom designed hacienda courtyard, the interior of the dealership transported visitors to a town where RV passion reigned. At the forefront of the experience was true conversation starter: a teardrop trailer with complimentary coffee service in the rear kitchen and a 1976 Jeep born the same year Lazydays was founded.
